Personal Care: Provide services to assist the enrollee with daily activities that allow the enrollees, to stay in their homes. The opportunities to remain in familiar surroundings, provides a caring atmosphere. The daily tasks include running general errands, banking, shopping, laundry, medication pick up, and or other specific personal needs, for our enrollees.
Attendant Care: Competent personal care to assist enrollees who may have physical, medical and mental challenges. Attendant Care supplements the needed assistance that enrollees require for daily living. Attendant Care offers specific services on an individual bases. Those include toileting, mobility, feeding, dressing, medication reminders other needed assistance, required.
Respite Services: Services provided to assist enrollee‘s family to take care of personal needs. The service allows, family member have some relief. The service can be provided both at home, and hospital. These services are usually for short term period, addressing specific concerns. Family members can be assured that love ones, are receiving professional and competent care. Your family is our family.
Private Sitting Cases: TBAAHCC will employ a sliding scale protocol, for individuals who prefer to pay out of pocket for short term personal care services. These services are available both in patient and in home settings.
Private Homemaker Services: TBAAHCC will employs a sliding scale protocol, for individuals requiring light housekeeping chores, such as dusting, mopping/vacuuming, preparing nutritious meals, and assisting with the maintenance of the clients outside environment.
Note: Most state based assignments are directly coordinated with the Managed Care Company, working with perspective state clients.
